The view of the shoreline of Dog River along a public Utility (MAWSS) three days ago. It is very obvious the City of Mobile's storm water trash in their Dog River trash chute has been ignored here for multiple years.
That must be because the City of Mobile has no plan to stop their pollution of Dog River and no plan to EVER clean up the waterway their community of litter chunkers have lined with a sickening amount of trash pollution. That is the Ugly reality seen from the camera's lens.
