The Ugly condition at Helen Wood Park. Some Asshole drove over shrubs. Another Asshole illegally discarded their trash on the ground. Some Asshole needs a good old fashioned ass whooping with a thick leather belt.
Problems like this would not happen if the Parks Department put someone in charge of monitoring and enforcing park rules at City Parks. Instead, neglected City parks are being overrun by criminal elements. That is Ugly!
