So, how is Mobile's new $660,000 Litter Trap doing after a trash gushing rain? Here is the view in front of Dog River Park on Sunday Dec 27th, 2015 about 1.25 miles Downstream of the expensive Stormwater Systems' Bandalong Litter Trap.
To this kayaker the Dog River Storm Water Trash pollution problem still sticks out like like the ugly pollution problem it is. Why? It is obvious the City of Mobile and State of Alabama STILL have no plan to clean up the City's Storm Water Trash pollution deposited in Mobile's public waterways after each environmental trash pollution disaster (Heavy Rain). Where is ADEM? Where is the US EPA? Where is the Media?
