Ugly Cosmetics Industry

What is in your shampoo? Anything greedy corporations want to put in the shampoo. And that is whether the chemicals in the Shampoo are safe for the public to use or not.

The Ugly Truth is the US FDA allows the Shampoo and Cosmetic industries to use any old unsafe chemical combinations in their cosmetic and drug products.

What are humans putting in the Earth's only water supply? Poison concoctions that may be found in well advertised Shampoo products like Wen Shampoo. Finally after 21,000 Wen Shampoo complaints does the Federal Government decide to investigate why the Wen cosmetic products are causing some people's hair to fall out.(1)

Talk about retarded Federal oversight of public health and safety. Corporate profit wins over common scientific sense.

The only question is when are the consequences for polluting the Earth's limited water supply and our own bodies going to reach out and grab you in a nasty ass way. Got Cancer Yet?

Ugly Roadside Maintenance

This is the Ugly trashy service road a few hundred yards from Walmart in Tillman's Corner. A year and a half and the roadside trash is still there. It appears neither the City, County or State, not to mention Walmart gives a shit what the roads in their area look like. Typical of a community on its way to decay and economic collapse.

Ugly Storm Drainage System in Mobile

Trash and plenty of cigarette butts seen in the street destine for a Mobile area waterway. The roadside trash merely awaits a rain to flush it down Mobile's drainage system.

Why are there not people responsible for each drainage inlet charged with keeping the area free of trash on a DAILY basis. That is a good question. Why is there no program to responsibly maintain the storm water drainage system to prevent pollution of local waterways?

It is retarded to know there is trash, some with cancer causing agents in it, located in or near storm water drainage inlets and then ignore it. But that is what the City of Mobile does. The idiotic irresponsible community may get around to checking a storm water inlet for trash once every five years or so.

The end result is more cancer causing chemicals in our spaceship's ONLY drinking water supply. The human species deserves to suffer for their stupid fucking apathy toward toxic pollution of the Earth's waters.

There is no disputing it. Cigarettes are linked to cancer. The tobacco companies won't even tell what substances they put into cigarettes. Why are authorities still allowing cigarettes to be manufactured if cigarettes cause cancer?

Really. A dozen or two people are killed or maimed from rusting automobile airbags that improperly deploy and the government forces replacement of the dangerous product. According to the CDC about half a Million deaths in just the United States alone are linked to cigarette consumption and no one has forced recall of the killer sticks yet? Talk about discrimination...

The same government that regulates product safety also reaps huge revenue from the sales of the killer tobacco sticks. That is a conflict of interest. It is obvious Government entities care more about their revenue than your health. That is the Ugly Truth. Got cancer yet?

Ugly Mobile School System Maintenance

Here is an unusable sidewalk at a Mobile County School. This is so typical of the substandard grounds maintenance at Mobile's Public Schools. Someone in charge at this school doesn't give a damn about the safety of school kids. That is Ugly.

Litter Enforcement in Mobile? Hahaha!

The consequence of the complete failure of litter enforcement in Mobile to force higher standards in how the City of Mobile and their licensed businesses deal with litter is polluted waterways. This is trashy Halls Mill Creek.

Ugly Park Management in Mobile

There are not very many rules in City of Mobile Parks. Because there is little if any enforcement of the Park rules, Park rules are highly abused.

No parking on the grass? Because this rule is not enforced Mobile parks can be very muddy because the grass has been destroyed by people driving and parking all over the park's grass.

No littering? This is the Ugly City of Mobile's Helen Wood Park. This Ugly consequence is the result of Park neglect by the City of Mobile.

Nothing changes in Mobile's parks when it comes to the gross neglect of enforcement of park rules and park maintenance. The end result are Ugly fucking parks in the Shitty of Mobile. Welcome to Mobile, the City of Trash and home of the growing population of Litter Chunkers and apathetic City leaders.

Ugly D'Olive Creek

Storm Water Trash is also a problem in Baldwin County. Here are some photos taken in the tidal zone of upper D'Olive Creek.

Obviously no one removes the trash pollution from this trash polluted creek. Just another example of the neglect of waterway pollution in Alabama.

Who is is responsible for keeping the creek clean? Spanish Fort? They are totally neglecting their responsibility.

One source of trash pollution in the creek is obvious. People driving the Interstate.

Prisoners on rare occasions remove trash from Interstate roadsides but they never seem to remove the trash from the shorelines beneath bridges. That is neglect of waterway pollution.

An Ugly amount of litter lines the parking lot of a Shell station in the City of Mobile. The City of Mobile litter enforcement department must be giving Convenience Stores and their customers in Mobile a green light to litter all they want. Not much litter enforcement going on in Mobile.

Spreading The Ugly

So how does Ugly trash get spread on the ground at public parks in Mobile? A trash spreader! The trash spreader in the above photo is digging trash out of the trash can at Helen Wood Park. Note the trash on the ground.

Overflowing trash cans attract trash spreaders yielding open trash bags and loose trash leaving it free to blow into the nearest waterway or ditch.

The prominence of trash spreaders aka dumpster divers is a direct consequence of an Ugly dysfunctional trash recycle program in the State of Alabama. There is no incentive for the public to recycle their recyclable trash. So there is plenty of trash worth money to the scavengers to dig for.

Alabama is a conservative state and resists change. The idiots making the laws to govern the people in the State of Alabama are unwilling to deal with the decades old problem of empty single use beverage containers littering the roadsides in increasing numbers.

Fantasy King Governor Robert Bentley is probably too busy talking on the phone about fondling the breasts of his female staff to have time to deal with real day problems.

Ugly Zika Virus

Recently heard on the news: “Mobile poised to be ground Zero for the Zika virus.” Wow! The media is already generating hysteria about the Zika mosquito virus. If Local Media in Mobile is at all concerned about the potential health hazard of the Zika virus, the Media should constantly air hard hitting investigations and stop being so nice to the City of Mobile leaders and other governmental entities. As the City of Mobile ignores mosquito breeding grounds so will the public.

Only the Media can put duress on the City of Mobile leaders and others to make them accountable for their less than marginal performances and maintenance of infrastructure.

Standard engineering practices required by the City of Mobile force some developers to build detention ponds. Detention/Retention ponds are now located all over Mobile. Maybe creating ponds where stagnant water sits is not a good practice. Some detention ponds retain water long enough for mosquitoes to proliferate.

The City of Mobileʼs neglect of its storm drainage system yields another mosquito breeding nightmare. Many ditches fail to properly drain due to lack of maintenance. The City of Mobile is only one of many Governmental entities at fault for neglect of the drainage on their properties. Blocked inlets and pipes, overgrown curb and gutters, concrete ditches with trees growing in them, ditches blocked from illegal dumping and the list of causes of drainage blockages goes on.

Mobile's Ugly Litter Storage System

Same Storm Water Inlet a year later in 2016. Who is maintaining Mobile's litter and trash storage system? Apparently no one. No wonder why when it rains in Mobile it floods...

What is inside Mobile's storm water inlets? The Mobile community's trash. The City of Mobile is apparently doing little to deal with the trash pollution caused by their municipal drainage system.

What is in Mobile's storm water drainage system? The Mobile Community's litter. This is the storm water ditch trash storage system at Brookley Airport compliments of the Doyle Road criminal litter chunkers and Mobile Airport Authority who ignores the trash stored in their drainage system year after year.

Untrainable Breeds

With Press Register newsprint products delivered to people on the ground, why is seeing Press Register trash on the ground no surprise? Why do leaders allow paper products to be thrown on the ground to begin with?

There seems to be a lot of people who think the answer to the profuse litter problem in Mobile is educating the public. So, decision makers are quick to spend more money on public service announcements, signs, and anti litter education programs. 

Some Dog experts agree there are certain breeds of dogs that are real easy to train compared to the rest of dogs. In that respect there are some human breeds that are about impossible to train. Why do I say that?

Despite all the litter PSA's, signs, videos, campaigns, etc., public littering in trashy Mobile continues unabated proving litter education is about worthless in a community with so many stupid human breeds.

It is time for Mobile leaders to face reality. Mobile seems to consist of many human breeds that are incapable of being educated. Mobilians might as well get used to living in a trash dump. The law enforcement system is corruptedly geared to generating fine money instead of correcting unacceptable human behavior through real painful punishment. Becaue of that unacceptable criminal behavior is now the norm. 

I suggest Mobile leaders mandate the punishment for littering be a painful bare botttom ass whooping with a cane. Let surgeons sew up their ass in the prison hospital. Bring back the Pain in Punishment for criminal behavior to give criminals an incentive to change their criminal habits.

Mobile's Litter Enforcement Retired?

There was much hoopla made about the City of Mobile's new get tough littering campaign and its new litter enforcement division. I do not see any improvement.

Case in point is this Convenience Store on Dauphin Island Parkway. The store owners have allowed customer litter to migrate from their property onto what appears as a neighboring property where the litter is ignored year after year. When a flooding rain comes along the ignored litter (in violation of City municipal litter codes) is subject to becoming storm water litter. 

Simply put, the City of Mobile's tough new litter law codes and beefed up litter enforcement department is about worthless when it comes to getting the trash around convenience stores removed. Whoever is in charge of the litter enforcement department in Mobile should be fired.

Ugly Photo Bombing in Dog River

Pink Iris next to some blue Iris. The background has been photo bombed by a City of Mobile garbage cart. That is no surprise. Trash pervades in the big Dog River watershed garbage dump. And the Dog River storm water trash pollution persists because there still seems to be no one employed full time to regularly remove the trash.

If the City of Mobile or the State of Alabama or the local residents and businesses had a real plan to keep the polluted Dog River watershed clean, the shoreline would not be trashy all year long like seen in the above photo clearly visible across from the City's Dog River Park.

What is up in Mobile?

Clear cutting is par for the course in Alabama. This large plot of land next to Walmart in Tillman's Corner has been cleared either to make it more sellable or it is being prepared for some sort of development.

Of no surprise, the illegal trash dump at the end of the Rangeline Service Road next to Walmart continues to be ignored year after year...that is Ugly.

Trash in the ditch along Rangeline Road (State Road) is ignored as well as weeds that partially hide the fire hydrant. Alabama has money problems and it apparently cannot afford to maintain its infrastructure.

Erosion on this Gilliard Road roadside has covered part of the sidewalk in sand so thick bicycles will crash trying to ride across it.

Speaking of erosion, Municipal Park Lakes are filling up with dirt that erodes from park shorelines and from upstream erosion from Tewlve Mile Creek. Shoreline erosion is one of the consequences of the City of Mobile regularly killing the shoreline weeds around the Lakes.

Uncontrolled Municipal Park erosion can clearly be seen in the above photo filling in the lake with dirt. It will cost taxpayers dearly to repair the erosion damage by dredging the lakes and Three Mile Creek. If Municipal Park was a construction site the Park Owner (City) could be fined for polluting the environment due to lack of erosion controls. As the waterways fill with dirt, rain water levels will rise possibly causing more severe flooding in heavy rains.

Eroded dirt is so high against this unmaintained silt fence on College Street construction site that dirt overtops the silt fence and is free to erode into the drainage gutter. Obviously the State and City rules and regulations and required construction site monitoring are falling short of controlling erosion into area waterways.

Hell, City leaders cannot even control where one time use disposable recyclable trash ends up. Humans are stupid for filling their waterways with dirt and trash. It does not take a scientist to understand that everything that goes into the water displaces water causing the water level to rise. Think worse flooding in the future.

Speaking of stupidity, even though the American Disibility Act has been in force for over 25 years, they are still building sidewalks with wheelchair unfriendly 6 inch curb drops at intersections in Mobile.
