Ugly Cosmetics Industry

What is in your shampoo? Anything greedy corporations want to put in the shampoo. And that is whether the chemicals in the Shampoo are safe for the public to use or not.

The Ugly Truth is the US FDA allows the Shampoo and Cosmetic industries to use any old unsafe chemical combinations in their cosmetic and drug products.

What are humans putting in the Earth's only water supply? Poison concoctions that may be found in well advertised Shampoo products like Wen Shampoo. Finally after 21,000 Wen Shampoo complaints does the Federal Government decide to investigate why the Wen cosmetic products are causing some people's hair to fall out.(1)

Talk about retarded Federal oversight of public health and safety. Corporate profit wins over common scientific sense.

The only question is when are the consequences for polluting the Earth's limited water supply and our own bodies going to reach out and grab you in a nasty ass way. Got Cancer Yet?

No Compassion for Human Life

For many people end of life events come without warning and are swift, like a heart attack during the night. Maybe it is a car wreck or a plane crash that quickly extinguishes someone's life.

For many others, the end of life process is slow and painful. I certainly do not wish to suffer in pain during my final days on earth. 

Because corporate profit has a higher priority over health and common sense, the incidence of cancer in humans continues to increase. Really, scientists have known for decades that cigarette products are extremely harmful to the health of humans. Yet cigarettes are still available for purchase in most stores, TODAY. Idiotically, it is the right of corporations to be able produce products that kill people. That does not make sense.

Something else that does not make sense is when a person gets a diagnosis of advanced cancer or some other disease, why does society force them to suffer?

Seriously, if an animal is suffering, a Veterinarian will compassionately "put it down." All it takes is a drug to put the dog or cat or horse to sleep, and then a concoction of drugs to stop the heart while the animal is in that deep sleep. Helping the animal to avoid pain and suffering is the compassionate thing to do.

When it comes to humans, the corporate medical machine has seen to it that dying people in pain will suffer until the medical institution can suck every last drop of money from the sick human. Where is the compassion to "put down" people who are suffering from disease or illness? Why are there no doctors to "put down" suffering humans?

The corporate health care lawyers that write health care laws have seen to it that Euthanasia for humans is illegal in most states. There is more compassion for sufferning dogs and cats in this world than there is for humans in pain. That is the Ugly Truth.

Third World Country

Coating Mobile's public waterways with Plastic. Mobile's waterways are beginning to take on the appearance of some of the polluted waterways in Third World Countries like India.

I wonder ... could the fact that people from India are taking over entire sectors of business in America like Convenience Stores and Motels be why many Motels are in America are now in terrible living condition and the area around most Convenience Stores are so trashy? America takes on the norms of its immigrants.

Each taxpayer in America now owes about $161,000 dollars thanks to irresponsible spending and borrowing by Congress.

Congress is responsible for passing treaties that shut down many manufacturing jobs in America. Now Congress is allowing Middle East and Asian countries to buy America piece by piece. And some of those foreigners want to see America collapse.

Well, thanks to the Treasonous Party, the collapse of America cannot be far away. America's waterways, at least those in Mobile, are now polluted with vast amounts of trash like waterways in uneducated Third World Countries where the leaders do not give a fuck what is floating in their public waterways.

No wonder why Americans are disgruntled with their voting options. Either way you vote, Democrat or Republican, as a taxpayer, you lose because the Democrats and Republican are gears in the same Treasonous Political Party which royally screws the taxpayers.

There can come a point when a citizen borrows way more money than he or she will ever be able to pay back. Such irresponsible borrowing ends up with the person going bankrupt. America is bankrupt. The money needed to clean up polluted waterways in America will never be available because the America is broke.

Polluting Earth's only water resources will carry a harsh consequence to the Human Species. Got cancer yet?

Anyone see a problem with the above photo? It is Mardi Gras trash on Springhill Avenue. The problem is this year's Mardi Gras parades were over 5 months ago. 

China's cheap ass plastic Mardi Gras beads are discarded on the roadsides all year long. That is Ugly.

Corporate Polluter

I have to wonder what kind of lazy employees work at this Dollar General on Spring Hill Avenue. How hard can it be to put trash in a dumpster?

Here, most of the trash is on the ground and the dumpster enclosure doors are wide open allowing the loose trash on the ground to be flushed away by rain.

And this is acceptable by Mobile's municipal litter code enforcement department? Apparently so because this is a common sight at many Dollar General Stores.

They don't call Mobile the Bay of Pigs by accident. Even corporations are allowed to wallow in squalor.

Fishing Pigs

Here is the Ugly trash polluted shoreline near the Battleship that sorry ass Fishing Pigs leave for the public to view.

Forget issuing fines to the criminal Fishing Pig litter chunkers. Someone needs to give the litter chunking Fishing Pigs a horrendously painful ass whooping. Criminals will not change their illegal habits unless their is a painful consequence to clearly teach them right from wrong.

Happy July 4th

Happy July 4th.

About 120 people are expected to die today, half from people who drink booze while driving. Breaking the law is the American Way. Take Turbeville, SC, a small town that enforces it speed limit law. There is a move by legal action to prove that enforcing the law is a violation of people's right to break the law. Why, fining people for breaking the speed limit law is downright unconstitutional. It is like drinking and driving. Roadsides across America are littered with beer cans as drivers are quick to dispose of their illegal drinking evidence.

What must America look like in other areas of the world that have a different set of moral laws? Moral laws that are enforced, like in areas of the Muslim world. How is America ever going to get other countries to convert over to Capitalism and Democracy when it seems the very foundation of America is to break the laws it sets?

10 people die over a decade of time from some defective car part and all the cars with that part in it will be recalled. 60 people die in ONE DAY from a commercial product made with alcohol, and no one recalls the product? Really? Isn't that discriminatory? 

Why, it is the right of a company to produce a product that destroys families and lives by the millions. Maybe Sharia law where drinking alcohol is illegal and enforced is not such a bad thing after all. It is downright stupid to sell a product that fills up the graves and prisons with so many people.

Happy 4th of July, except to about 60 people whose lives will end today thanks to the American way of life where Corporate Profit Trumps common sense. A country where more people break the laws their society sets than obey the laws. That is the Ugly truth.

Tourism

If a City like Mobile wants tourists out spending Money, they need to make the City people friendly and attractive to tourism. Above is a photo of pedestrian friendly Boston where pedestrians seem to have the right of way. Where there is plenty of shopping opportunities. Where some roads are for pedestrians only.

Unlike Mobile that does not even have a pedestrian crosswalk to get across the busy road near their main bus terminal...

And no crosswalk at busy Dauphin Street to get across Water Street to visit the Mobile Convention Center...

There has been DECADES piss poor planning in Mobile to make use of what little downtown area there is. Mobile is downright Ugly to people on bicycles and people on foot. That is one Big reason why many Mobile venues like the Convention Center lose money every year. Not much in Downtown Mobile for people to do unless you like drinking booze.

Boston's Charles River Clean Up Boat

I had the opportunity to visit Boston recently. Having bragged on the Charles River "Clean Up Boat" for years of its ability to keep part of the Charles River free of trash, it was important to do a little investigation on my own.

The Charles River is a pretty busy waterway on weekends with Duck Tour boats, pedal boats, crew boats, Sailboats, canoes and plenty of kayakers. Charles River draws in a lot of recreational water users including a large amount of tourism.

Pedal boats ready for rental. You won't see pedal boats for rent in Mobile...

To investigate the Charles River waterway trash, I rode a 30 mile bike ride loop around the Charles River from Waltham to the Charlestown Navy Yard. Was the Charles River free of trash? No.

I did observe some plastic bags in the water. What I did NOT see was any plastic bottles and styrofoam cups. Obviously the Charles River Clean Up Boat is directly responsible for the Charles River being mostly free of plastic bottles and styrofoam cups.

I even saw the Charles River Clean Up Boat motoring around.

On that 30 mile bicycle ride around the Charles River I never saw a single plastic bottle or Styrofoam cup in or along the water. There were however a few plastic bottles in Boston Harbor which is an area not kept clean by the Clean Up Boat.

With so many people using the Charles River, I was flabergasted not to have seen lots of trash along the River.

Obviously one little skiff working 4 days a week is able to keep a large 8 mile portion of the Charles River in one of the densest metropolitan areas of the country clean of most discardable drink containers. Not much Uglyness in the Charles River.

Ugly Ordinary People Society

The recent shooting of a black teen in Mobile shows just how ugly Mobile is becoming. A group of fat black leaders calling itself the "Ordinary People's Society" has threatened to shut down interstates I-10 and I-65 in protest of the Michael Moore police shooting if the Police Officer is not charged with thug's murder. 

The teen was alledgely driving a car reported to be stolen and was in possession of a gun at the time of the shooting. Far as I am concerned, the world is a safer place with one less gun toting car thief. 

The law used to hang horse thieves. I have no problem with the law shooting a car thief in possession of a gun, no matter what their skin color.

Black Leaders could have gotten in front of the TV camera and warned young black teens that if you commit a crime one of the possible consequences is sudden death from a police bullet or from an armed citizen protecting his or her property. They could have told young black people to wise up.

The Black Leaders could have pleaded with the Black Community to obey police commands when they are being pursued by the police for whatever reason, justified or not. Without respect for the police, this country will fall into chaos much like what is happening in many black communities. Those black communities that have no respect for law enforcement is partly because much of the activity in those low life communities are considered illegal. Drugs, chop shops, car theft rings, insurance scams, entitlement theft rings, prostitution, shop lifting rings, etc.

Instead, the Black Leaders appear to be trying make the police officer shooting out to be a criminal act so they and the family can possibly profit greatly from legal actions. Yeah, young black kids, listen up! Your family can become Millionaires if you can manage to set up a police officer to be a fall guy. That is an Ugly message for Black Leaders to be sending to their young black people...

Meantime, where was this "Ordinary People Society" when a Black officer shot and killed a completely butt naked and unarmed white person running down a street?

What this country needs is less career criminals going through the revolving prison doors. To accomplish that we need Moore (pardon the pun) police officer shootings of criminals. Bury criminals instead of giving them free shelter and food and health care. 

In my opinion the Ordinary People Society is sending the worst possible message to their people. Blacks are their own worst enemy, not the police.

Ugly Roadside Maintenance

This is the Ugly trashy service road a few hundred yards from Walmart in Tillman's Corner. A year and a half and the roadside trash is still there. It appears neither the City, County or State, not to mention Walmart gives a shit what the roads in their area look like. Typical of a community on its way to decay and economic collapse.

Ass Whooping

The Ugly condition at Helen Wood Park. Some Asshole drove over shrubs. Another Asshole illegally discarded their trash on the ground. Some Asshole needs a good old fashioned ass whooping with a thick leather belt. 

Problems like this would not happen if the Parks Department put someone in charge of monitoring and enforcing park rules at City Parks. Instead, neglected City parks are being overrun by criminal elements. That is Ugly!

Ugly Storm Drainage System in Mobile

Trash and plenty of cigarette butts seen in the street destine for a Mobile area waterway. The roadside trash merely awaits a rain to flush it down Mobile's drainage system.

Why are there not people responsible for each drainage inlet charged with keeping the area free of trash on a DAILY basis. That is a good question. Why is there no program to responsibly maintain the storm water drainage system to prevent pollution of local waterways?

It is retarded to know there is trash, some with cancer causing agents in it, located in or near storm water drainage inlets and then ignore it. But that is what the City of Mobile does. The idiotic irresponsible community may get around to checking a storm water inlet for trash once every five years or so.

The end result is more cancer causing chemicals in our spaceship's ONLY drinking water supply. The human species deserves to suffer for their stupid fucking apathy toward toxic pollution of the Earth's waters.

There is no disputing it. Cigarettes are linked to cancer. The tobacco companies won't even tell what substances they put into cigarettes. Why are authorities still allowing cigarettes to be manufactured if cigarettes cause cancer?

Really. A dozen or two people are killed or maimed from rusting automobile airbags that improperly deploy and the government forces replacement of the dangerous product. According to the CDC about half a Million deaths in just the United States alone are linked to cigarette consumption and no one has forced recall of the killer sticks yet? Talk about discrimination...

The same government that regulates product safety also reaps huge revenue from the sales of the killer tobacco sticks. That is a conflict of interest. It is obvious Government entities care more about their revenue than your health. That is the Ugly Truth. Got cancer yet?

Ugly Mobile School System Maintenance

Here is an unusable sidewalk at a Mobile County School. This is so typical of the substandard grounds maintenance at Mobile's Public Schools. Someone in charge at this school doesn't give a damn about the safety of school kids. That is Ugly.

Ugly Snapper Season

Fishing Pigs love to mark their territory with Ugly fish remains on the side of public roadways. Unlike plastic trash at least this rank smelling fishy trash will be quickly assimilated into the environment as noted by all the maggots.

When it Rains it Pollutes

When it Rains the contaminants on the roadways end up in the public waterways. So, what is in your public waterways? Lots of vehicle fluids and that is Ugly!

The consequence of the complete failure of litter enforcement in Mobile to force higher standards in how the City of Mobile and their licensed businesses deal with litter is polluted waterways. This is trashy Halls Mill Creek.

Ugly Park Management in Mobile

There are not very many rules in City of Mobile Parks. Because there is little if any enforcement of the Park rules, Park rules are highly abused.

No parking on the grass? Because this rule is not enforced Mobile parks can be very muddy because the grass has been destroyed by people driving and parking all over the park's grass.

No littering? This is the Ugly City of Mobile's Helen Wood Park. This Ugly consequence is the result of Park neglect by the City of Mobile.

Littered City of Mobile McNally Park. In Mobile, these Blue Barrels mark the spot where people are suppose to toss their trash on the ground.

Littered Shoreline of the City of Mobile's Dog River Park. The sorry ass Park maintainers cut the shoreline weeds and ignore the trash.

Nothing changes in Mobile's parks when it comes to the gross neglect of enforcement of park rules and park maintenance. The end result are Ugly fucking parks in the Shitty of Mobile. Welcome to Mobile, the City of Trash and home of the growing population of Litter Chunkers and apathetic City leaders.
