Even nearby GulfQuest Museum is a popular hangout location for homeless people. Museums and parks make a great place for panhandling.
The City of Mobile is getting tough on the ugly panhandlers who prefer to stay that way like they are getting tough on littering... Litter like homeless panhandlers are still everywhere.
